We value your appointments at Elite Beauty Concepts. We understand that appointments may have to be changed or canceled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. Free consultations require a $50 deposit, which is refunded once the consultation is complete, or combined with the cost of services if rendered. In the event of a no-show without adequate notice to reschedule your appointment, we will charge you 100% of your deposit. For returning clients who do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled treatment, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
